GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF SOLBI MURAL, SL (UNITED KINGDOM)

This agreement governs the general terms and conditions for purchasing products offered on this website by SOLBI MURAL, SL.

The CLIENT, upon completing the registration process and purchasing any of our products, expressly accepts and submits to the terms detailed below, as well as the terms of access to our website and its privacy policy, accessible via the "Legal Notice", "Terms of Purchase", and "Cookies Policy" links. The client acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to be bound by this contract.

1. HOW TO PURCHASE

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom (Mainland). For shipments to islands, offshore territories, or other international destinations, the client must contact SOLBI MURAL, SL in advance by email at: tienda.online@solbi-mural.com to inquire about specific delivery rates and conditions.

A minimum purchase amount of €20.00 (excluding taxes) is required to validate your order. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming its receipt, followed by an email confirming the purchase and dispatch of the goods.

2. PRICES

In consideration for the products purchased, the client expressly agrees to pay SOLBI MURAL, SL the amount indicated at the time of purchase on the website. All prices displayed on the website are shown excluding taxes (VAT not included). SOLBI MURAL, SL reserves the right to unilaterally modify product prices and decide which items are marketed on its website. Applicable shipping costs are detailed in Article 5 of this document.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

  An order will only be considered paid upon receipt of the full amount in our bank account. You have a period of 7 business days from order validation to make the payment; after this period, the order will be deemed cancelled. To speed up processing, please send proof of transfer by email to tienda.online@solbi-mural.com Payment must be made in EUROS, and all bank charges are to be borne by the client.
By PAYPAL: Payment for your purchase is made immediately upon order confirmation, with all the guarantees and security provided by the PayPal platform.
By Credit / Debit Card: Online card payment is carried out securely via an encrypted payment gateway. The order will only be processed once payment is authorized by your financial institution. For security reasons, SOLBI MURAL, SL verifies orders and may exceptionally request proof of identity or address by email to prevent banking fraud.

Note: None of our payment services apply additional surcharges on the total amount of your purchase.

4. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

SOLBI MURAL, SL cannot guarantee the constant availability of all products offered on its website. In the event of unavailability of a purchased product, the user will be informed and may choose either a substitute item with similar characteristics or request a full refund of the amounts paid. All product photographs published on the website are strictly for guidance and orientation to facilitate item identification.

5. SHIPPING METHOD, FREIGHT COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping Costs (Freight) for United Kingdom (Mainland):

Orders under €50.00 (excluding taxes): €25.00 + VAT. Import charges are payable by the customer.
Orders between €50.01 and €500.00 (excluding taxes): €17.50 + VAT. Import charges are payable by the customer.

Shipping Exception for Volume or Weight:

SOLBI MURAL, SL reserves the right to charge or adjust shipping costs for orders where the dispatched material is exceptionally bulky, large, or heavy, regardless of the total order value. In such cases, the client will be contacted beforehand to be informed of the final transport cost before proceeding with the shipment.

Delivery Times and Conditions:

Delivery times for international orders to the United Kingdom may take up to 40 business days from order confirmation.
In case of stock shortages, the client will be notified and provided with a new estimated delivery date.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
No shipments will be processed on non-working days due to public holidays applicable to our headquarters in the Region of Murcia (Spain), nor during company holiday periods, which will be duly announced in advance on the website.
The client must facilitate material delivery by providing an accurate address, a tentative time slot, and a contact phone number. If the shipment shows visible transport damage upon receipt, the client is advised to state this on the carrier's delivery note. For hidden defects in the material related to transport, the client has the legal timeframe of 14 calendar days to notify SOLBI MURAL, SL. If damage is visible on the parcel, the client will have 48 hours to report it. Claims regarding quality defects or non-conformity with the product technical sheet are not governed by this point.

6. INVOICES

We will send the invoice within one month from its date of issue, at the latest by the 16th day of the following month or prior to the tax declaration period. The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.

7. RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND CANCELLATIONS

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If the client acts as a consumer and is not satisfied with their order, they have a legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons. The right of withdrawal must be communicated by sending an email to: tienda.online@solbi-mural.com.

Direct costs resulting from returning the product shall be borne by the buyer. The product must be returned properly protected (if possible in its original packaging), accompanied by its labels and user instructions. Any return must be notified in advance to SOLBI MURAL, SL to ensure proper receipt at our premises.

Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity established by current legislation against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, accidents, improper use, or installation not conforming to the manufacturer's technical specifications.

Order Cancellations

The user may cancel their purchase free of charge provided the order has not been processed and has not left our warehouse. To ensure immediate cancellation, send an email to tienda.online@solbi-mural.com. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be managed under the terms of the right of withdrawal.

8. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT VALIDITY

The CLIENT is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Likewise, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the legal terms, purchase conditions, and privacy policy of this website. Contract acceptance is formalized by submitting the data and clicking the purchase and payment confirmation button.

9. LIABILITIES

Our liability regarding any product purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.

9.1 Disclaimer regarding shades or colors

SOLBI MURAL, SL presents its products using images that are as faithful to reality as possible. However, colors and finishes may vary depending on screen or monitor calibration. Likewise, in industrial production processes of tapes and customized products, slight variations in shade or color intensity may occur.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish legislation. In the event of any dispute or claim, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Murcia (unless the client holds the legal status of a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer's domicile shall be competent).

11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed under the responsibility of SOLBI MURAL, SL for the purpose of managing your order, invoicing, and goods shipment.
