This two-component polyurethane adhesive is designed for bonding a wide range of materials and composite elements, providing a high-strength bond with flexibility to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. Its thick consistency completely prevents the product from sagging or sliding during application on vertical surfaces.

- Open time: 10 minutes

- Handling time: 45 minutes

- Total curing time: 24 hours

APPLICATIONS

- Railway manufacturing in accordance with standard EN45545: Structural bonding of interior train components requiring certification to strict limits for smoke opacity and toxicity.

- Panel bonding in the automotive sector: Direct bonding of roofs, side panels and exterior trim to the structures of commercial vehicles and heavy goods vehicles.

- Multi-material assembly without primer: Structural bonding of pickled aluminium profiles to structural timber panels or industrial resins without the need for prior chemical treatment.

- Bonding of polymer matrix composites: Bonding of carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) or glass fibre-reinforced plastic (GFRP) parts exposed to continuous vibrations and temperature fluctuations.

- Mechanical replacement of fasteners: Complete replacement of rivets, welded joints and screws to eliminate the concentration of mechanical stresses and prevent premature fatigue of metal sheets.
