3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Concrete Repair 600 is a two-part polyurethane adhesive that hardens quickly, perfect for repairing breaks, chips and cracks in concrete, stone or masonry surfaces. It is easy to apply and ready to use in no time, preventing areas from being out of service for long periods of time. It is grey in colour and, once dry, can be sanded to a smooth, neat finish, removing any uneven edges.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Low viscosity, making it self-levelling and ideal for flat areas, as it flows smoothly into the areas to be repaired without forming bubbles. 

- It bonds through a chemical reaction between its two components, curing at any depth without risk of cracking, and is highly resistant to weathering, temperature changes, humidity and exposure to chemicals. 

- It has a working time of only one minute once mixed, but hardens in five minutes and allows light traffic in fifteen. 

- It does not depend on ambient humidity to cure, making it reliable in different conditions.

- Once dry, it forms a strong but not brittle bond, and can vary in stiffness or flexibility depending on the application.

APPLICATIONS

- Main use on horizontal surfaces. Filling cracks and holes in concrete floors.

- Reinstallation of posts and rails in concrete or masonry structures (drill a hole, insert the post and fill with adhesive).

- Anchoring and custom threading of bolts or screws, ideal for substrates such as concrete, stone or ceramic (drill a hole, apply the product and insert the element).

- Repairs to swimming pool and patio covers, used to fix chipping or breakage caused by weather. Resistant to water and thermal changes.

- Joints in walkways, stairs or buildings, where it joins materials such as concrete with wood, metal, ceramic or even rubber and plastics.
