CHARACTERISTICS

- Mix ratio: 10:1.

- Open time: 7 minutes.

- Time to handling strength: 15 minutes.

- Time to structural strength: 25 minutes.

- Full cure: 24 hours at room temperature (23 °C).

- Service temperature range: -40 °C to 82 °C (maintains good durability; withstands paint cycles up to 200 °C for 30 minutes).

- Other properties: Non-sagging, contains ceramic particles to control adhesive layer thickness, excellent resistance to moisture, fuels, petrol and salt water.

 
- Application with 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Manual Applicator.

APPLICATIONS

- Bonding of bare and slightly oily metals: Ideal for cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, copper and brass.

- Adhesion to plastics and composites: Excellent on ABS, polycarbonate, PVC, PMMA acrylic, epoxy FRP and polyester FRP. For electronic components, fairings, panels and plastic parts requiring strong bonds.

- Industrial sectors: Machinery manufacturing, transport (non-critical vehicles), equipment construction, light aerospace, metal furniture and HVAC. Perfect for fixing panels, reinforcements and structures exposed to impact, thermal changes or chemical environments.
