3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX manual applicators allow you to dispense 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ two-component structural adhesives that come in Duo-Pak (DP) cartridges. There are several models adapted to the requirements of each production process.

These devices facilitate the clean and controlled application of two-component adhesives, minimising waste and the mess typically associated with manual mixing. When the double piston is activated, even pressure is applied to the Duo-Pak cartridge, sending both adhesive components directly to the mixing nozzle (sold separately). These manual applicators stand out for their portability: they do not require compressed air connections or electrical outlets, making them ideal for taking anywhere.
