The 3M™ GPH-110GF tape incorporates a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive that ensures a strong, permanent bond, making it an ideal replacement for mechanical fasteners.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Contact pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.

- Bonds to numerous substrates including aluminium, plastics, acrylics, stainless steel, galvanised steel, composites, ABS, polycarbonates and painted wood.

- Bonds to medium and high surface energy materials.

- Short-term temperature resistance up to 230°C.

- Long-term temperature resistance up to 150 ºC.

- High resistance to shear, solvents and ageing.

- Available in different widths.

- Excellent sealing properties against water and moisture.

- Viscoelastic, which allows for shock and vibration absorption.

- Thickness 1.1 mm.

- Grey colour.

APPLICATIONS

- Specifically designed for pre-adhesion before thermal drying phases, such as powder or liquid paint processing.

- Replacement of mechanical fasteners such as screws, spot welds, rivets, etc.

- Replacement of liquid adhesives.
