THERMO-ADHESIVE TEXTILE VELCRO® TAPE

- Temperature performance from -30°C to +80°C

- The specific ambient temperature in which the adhesive still maintains good holding strength, depends largely on the surface, humidity and applied load

- Welding can be done through a high frequency machine, heat or solvents (acetone, M.E.K., ...)

- If the glue is activated with heat and solvents, after a few minutes the tape can be subjected to tension

IMPORTANT : make sure that the surface is compatible with these products.

- Minimum activation temperature: 100°C

- Application at room temperature (around 20°C)

- Press the tape with adhesive to the substrate firmly

- The adhesive must not be peeled off or reused

 - Must be free of oil, grease, dust, moisture, loose particles, silicone and certain plasticizers

- Must not be uneven, brittle, soft or unstable

- Must not have worn paint or coatings

- They must be suitable for gluing on them

- Must allow good adhesion with adhesive coating - e.g.: wood, cellulosic materials, various plastics (including P.V.C.) and leather

 - It is suitable on polystyrene, but due to the type of substrate you must be careful with the temperature

Polyamide tape closures are made up of two well-differentiated parts:

Female part (loop) and male part (hook)

The woven tape with hooks (male) is made up of small hooks that are attached to the part formed by soft loops (female).

A highly secure closure is produced and ready to be used on many occasions.

Very easy closure with a single pressure.

Adjustable and repositionable. We can rectify the joints at any time.

It is reusable. Allows to open/close for several hundred times.
