CHARACTERISTICS

- Chemical composition: Hydrocarbon-based formulation, free of halogenated and aromatic compounds.  

- Flash point: >60 °C, higher than isopropanol (IPA), reducing ignition risks in industrial environments.  

- Density: Approximately 0.8 g/cm³ at 20 °C, ideal for applications in automatic equipment.  

- Viscosity: Low, allowing for uniform distribution on surfaces and penetration into narrow areas.

- Compatibility: Excellent with stencil materials (stainless steel, nickel) and standard electronic components. Qualified for use in MPM printers.

- pH: Neutral, non-corrosive to sensitive metals or alloys.

- Regulatory compliance: Complies with safety and environmental regulations, although not classified as Greenway due to its moderate environmental impact.

- Preparation: Ready to use, no dilution required, optimised for automated processes.  

APPLICATIONS

- Cleaning stencils in SMT processes: Specifically designed to remove solder paste residues (lead and lead-free) from stencils used in SMT printers, such as MPM.
