PTFE/glass tape coated on one side with a high temperature pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. For ease of application, a textured yellow PVC coating is applied to the adhesive surface.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Backing: Standard self-adhesive PTFE glass fabric.

- Coating: PSA silicone.

- Non-stick (20 dyn/cm): ice does not stick to its surface.

- Temperature resistance: -190 °C to 260 °C.

- Non-toxic: Suitable for food contact.

- Dimensional stability: Excellent.

- Minimal thermal expansion.

- Permeable to microwave and ultrasound waves.

- Does not retain energy, thus avoiding overheating.

- Easy to clean.

APPLICATIONS

- Coating of clamping jaws on plastic welding machines.

- Coating of pressing and ironing plates.
