tesa 4434 adhesive tape is a durable paper solution designed for protection during shot blasting and sandblasting masking. With a flat, sturdy paper backing bonded to a natural rubber-based adhesive, it ensures a strong bond and high immediate adhesion. Its design withstands demanding conditions, making it easy to cut by hand and offering superior anchoring for coatings, with residue-free removal. In addition, it incorporates 55% bio-based materials, excluding the liner, prioritising sustainability.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Total thickness: 670 µm, ensuring high robustness in sandblasting or grinding applications.
- Support: Facilitating precise tracing and optimal anchoring of coatings.
- Thermal resistance: At temperatures up to 120 °C (30 minutes), with good adhesion to multiple surfaces and residue-free removal.
- Blasting durability: Withstands up to 50 seconds at 4 bar.
