The thin (85µm), smooth and conformable backing of TESA® Precision Mask 4342 is strong enough to cut through multiple layers of paint and leaves a perfectly clean paint edge. Even after long application times or high temperature baking (150°C for 30 minutes).

It can be removed without leaving any residue. Its acrylic adhesive offers excellent UV resistance and high tack - the washi tape adheres reliably to even the roughest of surfaces.

Washi tape can be used with water-based or solvent-based paints or lacquers. Outdoors, it is weather resistant for up to three weeks. Indoors, it can remain applied for up to two months, maintaining its removal characteristic without residue. Thanks to these features, tesa® Precision Mask 4342 is suitable for a wide range of different applications and gives you more flexibility to plan and execute outstanding paint jobs.
