Rothoblaas’s Easy Band universal single-sided adhesive tape is a versatile and reliable solution for sealing the building envelope, both indoors and outdoors. It offers progressive adhesion that remains stable over time on most common substrates used in construction. Its optimised adhesive formula makes it particularly effective even in high-temperature conditions, preventing slippage where other products fail. 

CHARACTERISTICS

- 4-layer composition: PE film backing, solvent-free acrylic dispersion adhesive, polyester reinforcement mesh and silicone-coated paper liner.

- Good resistance to water vapour transmission and weathering for approximately 4 months.

- Temperature resistance: -40 ºC to 100 ºC

- Standards: Complies with DIN 4108-7 and DIN 4108-11.

- Particularly suitable for hot climates: Its adhesive does not soften easily.

APPLICATIONS

- Membrane overlaps and continuous joints where an airtight and watertight seal is required.

- Easy to apply to the building envelope: indoors to improve airtightness and outdoors to protect against damp and wind.

- Works very well on common substrates such as timber (OSB, panels), PP membranes, smooth surfaces, steel and other materials commonly used in timber or mixed-construction projects.
