SKU Code: Q-AE-EC9323-1L

Epoxy EC-9323 is a two-component structural adhesive designed to provide robust, durable bonds in demanding industrial applications. This adhesive combines high mechanical strength with excellent bondability to a wide range of substrates. Its thixotropic formulation ensures precise application without run-off, while its ability to cure at room temperature or with mild heat makes it versatile for a variety of working environments. It is widely valued in sectors such as aerospace, automotive and manufacturing for its reliability and resistance to adverse conditions.

*Available in pack of 6 pcs. of 200 ml.

CHARACTERISTICS

- High mechanical strength: Provides bonds with exceptional shear and peel strength, ideal for dynamic and static loads.

- Thixotropic properties:
Its non-flowing consistency allows for drip-free vertical or sloped surface applications, facilitating clean and precise work.

- Versatile adhesion:
Adheres effectively to metals (aluminium, steel), composite plastics (GFRP, CFRP), glass, ceramics and other materials, even on lightly prepared surfaces.

- Environmental resistance:
Withstands harsh environments, including exposure to chemicals, oils, fuels, moisture and extreme temperatures, while maintaining its structural integrity.

- Flexible cure:
Cures at room temperature (20-25°C) in 24-48 hours or faster with gentle heat (up to 65°C), adapting to different production needs.

- Impact durability:
Its hardened system offers high resistance to shock and vibration, crucial for applications subject to intense mechanical stress.

APPLICATIONS

- Aerospace industry: Used for joining aircraft interior panels, fixing inserts, brackets and brackets, as well as in structural repairs of composite components such as CFRP and GFRP. Its resistance to chemicals and extreme environments makes it ideal for this sector.

- Automotive sector:
Used in the assembly of metal and plastic parts, such as body components, structural reinforcements and composite panels, ensuring light but strong joints.

- Industrial manufacturing:
Suitable for joining elements in heavy machinery, tools and equipment requiring high durability against vibrations and loads.

- Construction and repair:
Used in the joining of composite materials and metals in structures, as well as permanent repairs of damaged surfaces in industrial environments.

- Electronics and general assembly:
Applicable in the fixing of components requiring moisture resistance and thermal stability, such as housings or brackets.
