The conformable non-slip tape (Safety Antislip-Grip Conformable Tape for Walk) has an aluminum base adaptable to different surfaces (curved, irregular, holes, projections, stair treads, etc.). So it is an ideal tape in areas of human transit.

The objective of using the aluminum support instead of the conventional plastic one, is for the following reasons:

- It does not deform when stretched, keeping its original state, unlike plastic.

- It can be pressed on its surface as it will retain its shape as it has no memory.

It is common to find it on access platforms, emergency exits, stairs, etc., with a grooved plate base or diamond tread. These designs do not provide safety for the tread, being very slippery metallic areas. The conformable security tape is an excellent solution to this problem, since any conventional tape would rise when stretched towards the deepest areas.

Other exceptional properties of the conformable anti-slip tape is its abrasive, which provides it with high levels of grip (coefficient of friction), even in wet or dirty conditions, and its constitution with a sheet, instead of a plastic base, which gives it flame retardant properties.
